A Bold & Daring way to SPARC a change…

One of the latest projects conducted by SPARC required an innovative approach, mainly due to a very tight deadline. This client was planning to launch its brand in the local market in a very bold & daring way. SPARC matched that boldness in its approach to deliver on time in full. Read on for more…

Launching the Brand

The client was looking to finalize marketing material for a big brand launch but needed needed validation. Would the materials prepared resonate amongst the target group? In a very short time frame SPARC was able to set up and conduct several FGD’s. The different pieces of collateral (Print, TVC, Outdoor) tested on message, copy, visuals and perceptions from consumers in those FGD’s.

As said, the timeline to update the marketing material based on the insights was extremely short. Therefore, SPARC created a ‘visual executive summary’ for each of the tested marketing pieces. This allowed the client to see in one view which parts worked and which parts needed improvement. But also how they could be improved by the creative agency, again on a visual level.

A multidisciplinary approach

Based on the quality of the work and the ‘easy to digest’ way to represent the outcomes of FGD’s, the client decided to call in the creative agency to review. The visual executive summary was taken as the main input for a multidisciplinary team setting. The various parties were immediately able to take the necessary actions and finish the marketing materials in time for the planned brand launch. Bold and daring indeed, significantly speeding up the cycle time between FGD and reporting.

At SPARC, we were thrilled to receive the following comment from our top client:

“Just wanted to say that this is exceptional work. Easy to digest, and great representation of the session!”
